We brought the idea of creating 2 day event where everybody who achieved the goals within the last year could enjoy the feeling of being pampered and rewarded. Accommodation right in the Prague city center, limousine transfers, welcome drink at historical and luxurious Lancome Institute. Following with private Polaroid Tour of hidden Prague  jewels with private guides. Evening Gala was to present and recognize the best advisors among all, that over achieved their goals. Evening was accompanied by the live piano and people surprised by arrival of the General Manager of the division, that arrived especially for this evening from France. Evening took place in hidden cellar below Wenceslas's Square. This place is historical cellar and cave that was home for many important artists and have such a huge history as the brands having event that night. Attendees were overwhelmed by the space and 5 course dinner with live piano. 

TOP 5 got the present for morning - real Breakfast at Tiffanys at Parizska street. Others were invited to continue in Nespresso Head education center and offered look behind the curtain to see how Nespresso is offering its luxurious service and what they can learn from each other. All invitees continued to Kerastase education academy to have a small talk about luxurious hair service and finished with short workshop about How to avoid stress business world around us is creating nowadays. Lunch was the final part of the program and everybody left relaxed and full of energy for next year.
