To celebrate its 20th anniversary, Notino wanted to bring together everyone who has been part of its journey — employees, clients, VIP guests, and loyal fans. The goal was to create an unforgettable experience that celebrates beauty, connection, and the brand’s evolution over two decades.

SOLUTION

We turned the area around Notino’s Brno headquarters into a vibrant two-day festival filled with music, beauty, and emotion.

  • Day 1 was dedicated to employees — a day of celebration, gratitude, and team spirit.

  • Day 2 opened the gates to Notino fans, partners, and friends, transforming the space into a dynamic beauty festival.

The experience included:

  • 13 brand activations with Notino’s beauty partners.

  • 4 original engagement activities created around the Notino brand.

  • 10 creative workshops hosted on the side stage.

  • Special Notino signature drinks designed exclusively for the event.

  • A main stage lineup featuring Ewa Farna, Chinaski, Pam Rabbit, and Tom Odell, delivering 8 hours of non-stop entertainment.

The entire festival celebrated beauty as an experience — something to see, feel, share, and remember.
